Reed Valve Piston Special Brass-Graphite Brushing

Type B Piston! Note wrist pin hole on the side. This is for LONG ROD engines ONLY! Fits Zeda’s, GT5’s and some others. If you aren’t sure – please ask.

This piston is only for use with a Reed Valve. It WILL NOT WORK without one. With a Reed Valve, it works very well.

Includes wrist pin and 2 circlips.

We create a round window in our piston because the laws of physics say that a circle is much stronger than a square, rectangle or oval. Why do you think the cylinder bore and pistons are round?

Also included is something completely new from Bicycle Motor Works! And that is a Bronze and Graphite wrist pin Bushing.

This Bushing is designed for high RPM’s, and the Graphite can actually lubricate properly without any added oil. With oil, it works even better! Special taper on one is designed for an even flow of oil.

These one-piece bushings cannot fail. Unlike the needle bearings we rely on, with so many moving parts, these things will outlast your engine many times over.
